An eight ounce bottle of colloidal silver suspended in a clear gel base for external use. The gel carrier stays put on skin rather than running off the way a liquid does, which is the whole point of the format. Silver-containing gels and dressings are a long-established category in wound care.

Serious burns, deep or dirty wounds, anything showing spreading redness, and any wound in a person with diabetes or poor circulation need to be seen by a clinician, not managed out of a bottle.
