A 16.9 ounce bottle of organic extra virgin olive oil with a free acidity below 1 percent, which is well inside the extra virgin grade. Low free acidity is the single most useful spec on an olive oil label, since it tracks how carefully the fruit was handled and pressed.
Two uses here. It is a genuinely good cooking and finishing oil, and it is the carrier oil the manufacturer recommends for diluting concentrated essential oils such as oregano oil. Store it cool and dark and use it within a few months of opening.
