A one pint bottle, sixteen fluid ounces, of ionic cobalt in solution. The manufacturer produces this line by starting from a high-purity form of each metal and diluting it into triple-filtered reverse osmosis water, so the finished bottle is the element and water with nothing else added.
Cobalt matters to human biology almost entirely as the metal atom at the center of vitamin B12, and dietary cobalt requirements are met through B12 itself. Free inorganic cobalt is a different thing from B12 and is not an established nutritional supplement. Cobalt is known to accumulate with repeated exposure and has documented effects on the thyroid and the heart at elevated intake.
