A one pint bottle, sixteen fluid ounces, of ionic germanium in solution. The manufacturer produces this line by starting from a high-purity form of each metal and diluting it into triple-filtered reverse osmosis water, so the finished bottle is the element and water with nothing else added.
Germanium is a metalloid with no established role in human nutrition and no recommended intake. It is included here for completeness because it is part of the manufacturer line. Inorganic germanium compounds have been associated with kidney injury in case reports following prolonged supplement use.
