Every magazine in your range bag looks the same. This one doesn't.

We start with the Magpul PMAG 30 AR/M4 GEN M2 MOE. It is the polymer magazine that earned its reputation the hard way, and the standard a lot of shooters replaced their aluminum USGI mags with. Then we put it under the laser here in Yerington and cut a full pirate skull across the body: tricorn hat, eye patch, flintlocks, jolly roger.

The engraving

No paint. No dye. No sticker. The tan artwork is the polymer. The laser burns away the surface and exposes the lighter material underneath. That's why it can't chip, peel, or wear off in a bag full of gear. It'll still be there when the rest of the mag is worn smooth.

Every one of these is cut in-house, one at a time, on our own machine. We don't drop-ship engraved product from somebody else's shop. If it's got artwork on it and it came from Dark Horse, it went under our laser on Goldfield Ave.

Practical upside nobody mentions: you can find your own magazines. Anyone who's shared a bench or a bag at a range knows exactly what that's worth.

The magazine underneath

The artwork is the reason you'll pick it up, but the PMAG is the reason it works. The GEN M2 MOE is a 30-round 5.56x45 NATO (.223 Remington) AR15/M4-compatible magazine, and a cost-competitive upgrade from aluminum USGI.

  • Easy to disassemble, with a flared floorplate for positive extraction
  • Resilient stainless steel spring for corrosion resistance
  • Anti-tilt, self-lubricating follower for increased reliability

Engraving is surface-level and doesn't touch the feed lips, the spring, or the follower. It runs like any other PMAG, because that's exactly what it is.

Fitment note: not compatible with SA80, HK416, or similar platforms.
